Republic Land, in a joint venture with K. Hovnanian Homes (NYSE:HOV), has developed Eagles Pointe, a 545-acre, 1,100 home planned community located in Woodbridge, Virginia, just outside of Washington, DC.

Eagles Pointe received unanimous approval from the Board of County Supervisors in July, 2002, for rezoning as an upscale, single-family planned development.  The community features a variety of home styles, sizes and prices to suit a broad spectrum of purchasers.  First home deliveries occurred in early 2005, with Washington Homes as the exclusive builder in the community.

Eagles Pointe enjoys a serene location along the banks of Powell's Creek in Woodbridge.  Eagles Pointe East is easily accessible due to its frontage along U.S. Route 1.  Eagles Pointe West is located along Cardinal Drive, and immediately north of K. Hovnanian's active-adult community, Four Seasons at Historic Virginia.  The community amenities include a major recreation facility, trails, significant landscaped buffers and permanent open space.
