Kenwood Towne Centre is a 1.1 million square foot regional mall in Cincinnati, Ohio, anchored by Dillard's, Lazarus and Parisian. It also features 180 specialty stores.
Republic's principals were instrumental in the redevelopment of the Kenwood Towne Centre in 1988. This project involved the conversion of a strip shopping center into one of the most successful traditional fashion malls in the county, representing a $200 million investment.
The Kenwood Towne Centre was recently purchased along with three other malls: the Galleria at Tyler in Riverside, California; Silver City Galleria in Taunton, Massachusetts; and the Clackamas Town Center in Portland, Oregon; for a combined purchase price of $634 million.
